Apparently my husband is feeling somewhat better and maybe even a tad bored from being home sick in bed. And, if you are a fly, it is not a good thing....a good thing at all to take up residence in my house. It seems as though Jon has been on a mission in between naps to make sure that we are fly-free.

And he's quite the artist, too :)
That spider-cricket (thanks, Beth) showed up tonight, after being gone for a long time... I must have jinxed myself. I could use a good bug ninja right now... those things give me the heebie jeebies.
I hate bugs. UGH! My daughter...FREAKS OUT at the tiniest spider.
My 6yo Abby was ATTACKED by a spider this morning. She felt something on her FACE and grabbed it to discover in her hand that it was a SPIDER and OHMYGOSH AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! [waving hands, shrieking, kicking legs, staring suspiciously at floor, table, chair, me, etc]
She's really cool-headed with bugs. ;)
Steph, hairy spider or spindly spider? I am okay with spindly spiders, but hairy spiders give me the heebie jeebies too.
Annie this is hilarious! gees. what a guy!
I love this- Jon is clever AND artistic while sick, too! He's a keeper!
Steph's description of her daughter's reaction is exactly my reaction to any bug, rodent, etc. that I came across.
Oh, man. Those are suitable for framing!
Did I ever tell you about the time I found a HUGE black widow spider on my front porch? Ron tried to squish it with his foot, but it wouldn't squish. So he got a hammer and hit it.
BABY BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS EVERYWHERE! ARGHHHHHHHHHH!
Jon is my hero!!
Send him over to my home, I have some annoying things flying around!!!!
:O)
Ha. That is funny.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. It is encouraging to have feedback.
Hope you and your family enjoy spring break. I know I am!
